不要再傳簡訊了！日本推下班「失聯權」
日本在推工作方式改革下，要求企業減少員工在公司的時間，但現在數位科技發達，就算人離開公司，下班或休假照樣能收到上司的簡訊或email。要如何才能讓勞工在下班時間，好好遠離工作，身心得到紓解， 歐美開始推廣下班後聯絡不到、「失聯」的權利，日本有IT企業也開始這樣做，因為有調查指出，下班後簡訊不斷，也會影響睡眠品質。
你下班後，是否依然簡訊、email不斷？根據日本勞動安全衛生綜合研究所調查，下班後還有大量簡訊進來，導致睡覺時半夜醒來、睡不著的狀態，平均長達20分鐘，是簡訊少的日子的兩倍，睡眠品質明顯較差。
勞動安全衛生綜合研究所首席研究員 久保智英：「上班時間以外的簡訊往來，從恢復疲勞很重要的睡眠，或從健康安全的層面來看都不好，睡前就不要發簡訊吧。」
現在日本有不少上班族，就因為下班後「奪命連環簡訊」的壓力，被逼得求醫。
患者(變聲)：「會想盡快回電子郵件，一味認為快點回信，工作就會順利進行，嚴重的時候，半夜還起來開電腦。」
看看這名20多歲女性的病歷，她因為太過在意簡訊，光是衣服碰到身體，就誤以為是簡訊的震動，罹患「幻想震動症候群」，醫師表示現在越來越多這類患者上門。
精神科醫師 淺川雅晴：「出現要注意的訊號，六日、休假、平日的夜間，必須要會切換，社會必須營造不要跟公司聯絡的氛圍。」
NTT數據經營研究所調查指出，約15%的日本上班族，每週至少一天在下班時間，接獲上司沒有緊急性的聯絡，約5%甚至幾乎每天，且這些上班族七成都還是在實施工作方式改革的企業工作。現在日本開始提倡，下班後聯絡不到、「失聯新款精品推薦」的權利(right to disconnect)，但企業人力資源部門坦承，這恐怕不容易。
人力資源部門人員：「是有想讓這種(聯絡)消失，但實際上現實是有困難。因為工作方式改革，在導入後，我們公司下班還是會有簡訊。」
像這樣永無止境的隱性加班，有上班族已被逼得走投無路，去年春天開始在顧問公司工作的40多歲男性，不分晝夜都接到上司或同事聯絡，半夜還被要求參加視訊會議，就算下班，也幾乎24小時被公司綁住。
上班族：「常常處於緊張狀態，完全沒有解放的感覺，總是在想工作的事。」
一旦沒有即時回覆，公司還會祭出罰則，延遲業務報告，考績扣1分；回家後沒參加視訊會議扣5分，就怕考績不良影響薪資，他拚了命回應公司期待，最後導致憂鬱症上身，被迫停職。
上班族：「電話會立刻打來，總是想說什麼就說，網路(工作聯本周優惠絡)更是漫無節制，隨時想做什麼都可以。」
不過現在也有日本企業動起來，保障員工「失聯」的權利，東京這家IT企業，一年多前開始禁止所有下班後的簡訊或電話，對客戶也一樣。
員工：「今天是星期五，明天就是假日無法回覆，但相關內容，今天或下星期一一定會跟您回信。」
員工休假，會提前通知往來的客戶，就算有電子郵件，也會啟動自動回信功能。
員工：「現在不必老是擔心手機，去旅行的話，就把手機放著，到外面去玩，這點變了。」
這個做法大大提振員工士氣，業績反增四成。
IgniteEye社長 吉田崇：「因為有客戶、企業夥伴，如果只有我們一家就很難達成，像這樣相關的公司相互理解，提高"聯絡不上的權利"的意識很重要。」
數位化時代，不藏私推薦超實用商品只要有手機、電腦，隨時隨地都可以工作，連飛機上也不例外，讓人無時無刻都處於緊繃狀態。現在法國和義大利都已經立法，保障勞工下班後「離線」的權利；美國紐約市甚至提案，違者一次罰款250美金(台幣7700元)，希望讓勞工下班後，壓力能適當紓解。

汽車修配廠火災 濃煙沖天一人燒燙傷
彰化市上午一家汽車修配廠發生火災，一名男子頭部手部二度燒燙傷送醫，進入火場要經過狹小的農路，水線拉得好長，就在忙救災，還有汽車開進來添亂，壓到消防救災水線。

警方vs.修配廠人員：「先離開碰很危險啦離開啦，那會爆炸的我的車我說過，去拉他來啦來啦先離開。」
安全起見，警方勸阻，不讓他們冒險，尤其修配廠內，油品易燃物品，不知道還有甚麼未知的危險。
鄰居：「烤漆間那邊先燒起來，一燒起來就不可收拾。」
鄰居說看到隔壁冒出濃煙，跑出來查看，火勢已經燒起來。
火災現場位在彰化市水尾二路，現場是狹小農路，消防車趕來搶救，沿著田邊排了一整排，水線拉得好長。
救災刻不容緩，偏偏有車子來添亂。
這兩轎車，疑似附近住戶，闖入救災區，已經輾壓了水線。
警方vs.駕駛：「來進去迴轉這邊都是高壓水柱，你自己注意一下，這回去依規定告發。」
員警要他周年慶限時購買特價開入旁邊的民宅庭院倒車，他可能一時之間沒分辦清楚，開往前迴轉，把地上的水線全壓過一遍，員警氣急敗壞團購優惠。
警方：「來路口的學長，本季限時折扣活動不要讓任何的一部車進來，包括腳踏車自行車。」
妨礙救災，依據消防法，可罰3千元以上，1萬5千元以下。
警方記下資料，救災之後研議製單告發。火災發生後，一名42歲黃姓男子，頭部手部20%面積2度燒燙傷送醫，火勢在2小時後撲滅。
